NBC has been caught and exposed by Fox News and NewsBusters distorting the 911 tape in the Martin case. That distorted tape that NBC says was “abridged” was aired last week on the Today Show. The NBC version clearly paints Zimmerman as a racist profiler. In the NBC version you can hear Zimmerman tell the police dispather that the guy (Martin) looks like he’s up to no good. You then hear Zimmerman tell the dispatcher the guy (Martin) “looks black.” But that is NOT the way the conversation went at all. In the REAL and unabridged version you can hear Zimmerman tell the dispatcher Martin looks like he’s up to no good. The police dispatcher then ask Zimmerman what color the suspicious person is. Zimmerman tells the dispatcher “He looks black.” So in REALITY Zimmerman was answering a question posed to him by the dispatcher! That puts a whole new slant on the conversation but that is NOT what NBC aired. NBC aired an “abridged” version that was a clear distortion and RACE BAITING technique!!
In other developments, Sanford Chief of Police Bill Lee, Jr has “temporarily” resigned his office after a vote of no confidence by the city council. That vote came as a consequence of the Sanford Police Dept handling of the investigation into the shooting death of Martin allegedly by Zimmerman. Police took Zimmerman in for questioning after the shooting and then released him because there was not enough evidence to arrest him for murder. Zimmerman claims he was defending himself from Martin who attacked him, broke his nose, and pounded his head on the sidewalk. Chief Lee said that there were not enough facts to arrest Zimmerman and charge him with murder at the time of the shooting. Chief Lee is hoping the truth will come out as the police investigation continues. Apparently, the mayor and council in Sanford do not agree! Apparently they think Zimmerman should have been arrested and charged with murder and that along with the civil unrest caused by this case is Sanford’s real reason for wanting Lee to “temporarily” resign as Police Chief.

Further, a neighbor of Zimmerman’s has told the media that George Zimmerman DOES have injuried from his altercation with Trayvon Martin CONTRARY to what the MSM is reporting or alleging! The neighbor said Zimmerman has injuries near his eyes and his nose. Further, the neighbor said the person screaming on the 911 tape is Zimmerman NOT Martin as some in the MSM are alleging. The neighbor said he hears Zimmerman’s voice ever day so he knows the voice on the tape screaming is Zimmerman. The MSM is trying to say the screaming voice is that of 17 year old Martin.

In other developments the funeral director who handled the burial of Trayvon Martin says he saw no signs of a scuffle on the body which contradicts what Zimmerman is saying. Zimmerman says Martin was beating on him so if Zimmerman was not beating on Martin then certainly Martin would have no signs of a struggle.

Additionally, there is a WITNESS to the altercation between Martin and Zimmerman on the night Martin was killed!!! This witness has told police that the man on the bottom wearing a red sweater was calling to him for help. The witness said he told “him” to stop and that he was calling 911. On the night in question Zimmerman was wearing a RED SWEATER and Martin was wearing a now infamous hoodie. The witness has identified himself only as JOHN and has refused to appear on camera. This witness told police the same story Zimmerman told them, that is, Zimmerman was attacked by Martin and the witness also says that the screams on the 911 tape came from Zimmerman NOT Martin. Further, POLICE now say that Zimmerman’s face WAS BLOODY when they arrived on the scene and his head was also bloody!! That told polcie there was indeed a struggle between the two before the shooting.

The POLICE REPORT reflects that the incident occurred on 2/26/2012 and police arrived on scene at 19:17 hours (7:17 pm). They were on the scene until 3:07 AM. The type of weapon involved in the shooting was a handgun. The report was made by Officer Ricardo Ayala of he Sanford Police Dept. The report states the initial charges against Zimmerman as Negligent Homicide and Manslaughter “Unnecessary killing to prevent unlawful act.” The police report identifies an ADULT WITNESS to the incident whose name is redacted. The witness is 29 years old. A SECOND WITNESS is also identified in the police report. That witness is 31 years old. A THIRD WITNESS is also indentified who is 42 years old. A 4th, 5th, and 6th WITNESS are also identified. Zimmerman is identified as the subject. So there were PLENTY OF WITNESSES TO THE INCIDENT. It was not a Zimmerman-Martin ALONE deal as some are claiming!!!
In the police report narrative, the officer says he was dispatched to the area regarding a suspicious person report to 911. While he was enroute police dispatch received several phone calls about gun shots being heard in the area. Another officer arrived at the scend and reported on victim and one gun at the scene along with Zimmerman in custody. It states Zimmerman was the original 911 caller. It says Martin was wearing a gray sweater and blue jeans and was laying face down on the ground. The officer attempted to get a response from Martin but there was none. Another officer tried to get a pulse but none was found. Officers turned Martin over onto his back and began CPR.
Sanford paramedics arrived on the scene, according to the report, and attempted to revive Martin but were unsuccessful. Martin was pronounced dead by Paramedic Brady at 1930 hours. The area was secured as a crime scene then. The Major Crimes unit was then dispatched. Two officers attempted to make contact with neighbors in the area but were unsuccessful. They did, however, get statements from ALL WITNESSES on scene.
Another officer on scene named Timothy Smith is also in the POLICE REPORT. When he arrived on the scene he was advised there was a subject laying in the grass. He canvased the area on foot and found a white male, Zimmerman, wearing a red jacket and blue jeans. He also observed a black male wearing a gray hooded sweat shirt laying face fown in the grass. He asked the subject in the red jacket, Zimmerman, if he had seen the subject, Martin. Zimmerman told Smith he had shot Martin and that he was still armed. Zimmerman complied with all of the officers verbal commands and was handcuffed. Smith found a black Kel Tek 9mm PF9 semi auto handgun and holster in Zimmerman’s waiste band. Officer Smith says while searching Zimmerman he observed that his “back appeared wet and was covered in grass, as if he had been laying on his back on the ground.” Smith also observed that Zimmerman was “also bleeding from the nose and back of his head.” Zimmerman was placed in the back of Smith’s police car and received attention from SFD paramedics at the scene. While Zimmerman was getting medical attention, Smith says he overheard Zimmerman tell paramedics, “I was yelling for someone to help me, but no one would help me.” Smith says that at no point did he question Zimmerman about the incident. Zimmerman was then transported to the police department. Zimmerman was then interviewed by Investigator D. Singleton.
So what do we have here? We have a 17 year old black male dead of a gun shot wound at the scene (Martin). We have a cooperative AND INJURED ZIMMERMAN waiting for police to arrive at the scene. We have the weapon involved in the shooting. We have MULTIPLE WITNESSES at the scene. We have at least one witness saying he say Martin on top of Zimmerman and Zimmerman was screaming for help but no one would help him. And we have a police chief FORCED to “temproraily” resign by the Sanford Mayor and city council in an attempt to defuse growing tensions in this case, obviously! We also have Zimmerman WITH INJURIES and with evidence that he’d been laying on his back on the grass just as he claimed. We also have a major well known news media (NBC) broadcasting a tape of the 911 call from Zimmerman that is obviously DISTORTED in a way to make Zimmerman appear to be a profiler and RACIST!!
LOL this case is NOT what the MSM is trying to portray it as AT ALL!! The way the MSM is attempting to present it is RACE BAITING!! Further, Martin was shot in February so why all the attention now ONE MONTH AFTER THE FACT? In addition, I saw yesterday in one news report that the video of Zimmerman going into the police department may be altered as it shows no signs of injury even though police have said he had injuries. So the question is HOW MUCH OF THIS CASE IS A MADE UP LIE AND DISTORTION AND HOW MUCH IS THE TRUTH?????
Sorry but the EVIDENCE SUPPORTS ZIMMERMAN not Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton’s version!!

ABC has enhanced the police video and it DOES show gashes in the back of Zimmerman’s head. The original video was grainy but in the enhanced video (used in courts all the time) you can clearly see injuries to Zimmerman.

I don’t think the pigs got it right in their reports Rob Lorinov. I think their reports are a big fib. I think Zimmerman gunned down Martin in cold blood and now everyone is trying to cover it up. That’s what I think about it all Rob Lorinov. This is a real tragedy that such a young man was killed. Zimmerman did wrong by not doing what the dispatcher told him to do, stop following Martin. I think Zimmerman is a wannabe cop and this time he went too far and killed someone. Zimmerman is another one who needs to take some chill pills and chill out. He’s one of those very emotional dudes I think who can’t control himself.

All of these fatalities are severely unfortunate. However, those cases were probably not publicized because the perpetrator was most likely arrested, especially if he/she was black. I agree, we don’t tend to speak so freely about black on black crimes. In my opinion, it’s commonly attributed to the old saying of “keep your family business in the family and out the streets.” Which is ignorant and only allows those actions to continue. We as black people tend to not speak about things that put us in a negative light, such as incest, mental health issues, black on black crime, etc. Instead of acknowledging and addressing the issues, they’re swept underneath the rug, and so…the beats goes on. Sad but true.

What you say is true and I think it is true about all of us no matter what our skin color. Bottomline is this. We are ALL people and NONE of us is superior to any other. We are all just people with feelings, hopes, secrets, pride, success, failures, etc. I wish the world could just start seeing things that way because life would not only be simpler but maybe the human race could just get on with business and be MORE than we are right now.
I hear NBC has now apologized for editing the 911 tape. One thing that really bothers me is if the cop thought Zimmerman had done something wrong then why didn’t he go ahead and arrest him and let the prosecutors hammer it out after that. Something does not make sense to me in this case. Even after I read the police report I still had questions and something still bothered me about the whole thing. I don’t know what it is but something is not right in this case. Does anyone else feel the same way?

I agree with all questions from both sides. I think there are a lot of unanswered questions. I think the media is at fault for most of the confusion because they have already made it imposible for Zimmerman to get a fair trial. I believe in freedom of speech and freedom of press, but I also think the press should be held accountable when they twist words & evidence to make more money or get a better rating. The lack of ethical practices used by the press is a major problem in this country and it comes down to money!!!!. Its is a tragedy that Martin is dead, but how will anyone ever know what truely transpired that night now that this incident has been hyped up to the level it has. My opinion….

I too believe in freedom of speech and the press but all freedoms come with responsibility. Sadly that’s exactly what many fail to realize. Yes, the media should be accountable as we all should be. The MSM seems to have no ethics to me today. Nothing is taboo. Responsibility does not even figure into their equation. I absolutely agree. It all comes down to money!! The waters are now so muddied that we most likely will never know the truth about what happened that night. Now I see where Zimmerman has fired his attorney and done some things against his lawyers advice. Does he have a screw loose or what? Does he have a paranoia problem? Something is wrong with the man, sorry. That’s my opinion. Honestly, from what I’m seeing from Zimmerman I’m starting to get a real bad gut feeling about the guy.
