The local prosecutor has excused himself and the case has now been turned over to the State Attorney in Florida. The Grand Jury has been canceled. She will determine the course of action in this matter. If she feels there is enough question or evidence to charge Zimmerman then I’m sure she will do just that. There are many unknowns around this case that need answers. And if she charges him then Zimmerman deserves his day in court just as every one does. Let us not forget he is innocent until proven guilty and that the burden of proving guilt will be upon the State. Zimmerman does not have to prove his innocence under US law. Oh wait….that’s the way it USED to work before our nation became the Banana Republic it is today. Ok correct that last statement. Zimmerman will have to prove his innocence because in any good Banana Republic worth it’s salt one is always guilty until proven innocent. Just as Hugo Chavez how it all works and I’m sure he’ll explain it all to you.

It hit the national attention a month after because it was decided a perfect race bait.
…makes me wonder: what if the trayvon was white and Zimmerman black?…would we have white mobs calling for blood?..issueing a ‘death or alive’ posters?..
it really is sad from every viewpoint…
and the saddest part is:
black community being used like chewing gum…enjoyed for few minutes, get a flavor and spat out!!

Isn’t the perfect race bait in Tulsa, Oklahoma where the two “white” men (sorry but the younger one looks Hispanic and not White to me)? In that case we have the younger man saying he was taking revenge for his father being killed by a black man and he’s admitted it. Seems to me that would be the perfect race bait case but for some reason little attention is being paid to it. Clearly that case is one rooted in racism! The two went to and fro in Tulsa randomly shooting and killing black people. Where’s the MSM attention on this case? Why is it so focused on Zimmerman in Florida? And BTW just where the hell is Zimmerman? Why is he on the run acting like a criminal now???

the way they worked up the crowd, there is no way in hell he would get a fair shake in any court! …and in Florida? forget it!!
I think it is strange for Trayvon mother trademark anything and make sure that no money miss her wallet…it is true, I suppose, that we all grief different ways….
