I’ve done several reports on deceased US Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry since he was murdered 18 months ago by Mexican drug smugglers south of Tucson, Arizona. There was an investigation and an arrest was made and then mysteriously the federal court records were all sealed up and there was a total news blackout on the matter. Congress under Rep Issa began investigating the ATF gun running operation known as Fast & Furious and the Eric Holder Justice Dept has supplied the House with thousands of documents. Problem is that MOST of those documents are so heavily redacted that they are useless. Now the House has moved to find Holder in Contempt of Congress and the DOJ says they will NOT enforce that charge against their boss, AG Eric Holder. Now MYSTERIOUSLY today the feds announced in Tucson, Arizona the names of 4 suspects in the murder of Agent Terry asking for the public’s help in both the US and Mexico and offering a big reward.
US prosecutor Laura Duffy said today, “We believe it’s in the best interest of this ongoing investigation to unseal the case at this point in time and to enlist the assistance of the general publics in both Mexico and the United States.” There is now a $1 million US dollar reward for information leading to the capture of the suspects. The suspects are:
Jesus Rosario Favela-Astorga
The 5th suspect is named Manuel Osorio-Arellanes and he is in US custody as he was shot at the scene where Agent Terry was killed. This suspect has denied killing Terry, saying he pointed his gun at US agents but did not fire at them.
