Issa Subpoenas Holder and Justice Dept Over Fast and Furious!!

The House Committee investigating the botched ATF Operation Fast & Furious issued subpoenas for Attorney General Eric Holder and other DOJ officials. The committee wants more info about the operation that resulted in no gun tracking at all by the ATF but did result in putting thousands of US assault weapons and guns into the hands of the notorious Mexican drug cartels. The subpoenas issued today want the following:

—all records in UNredacted form including all communications referring or relating to F&F, the Jacob Chambers case, any organized crime DEA firearms trafficking case based in Phoenix, Arizona, to or from Eric Holder, Deputy AG David Ogden, former acting Deputy AG Gary Grindler, Deputy AG James Cole, and seveal other Attorney General officers and deputies.

—all communications between DOJ employees and employees in the Executive Office of the POTUS relating to F&F and any other firearms trafficking cases.

—all communications between DOJ employees and the Executive Office of the POTUS employees relating to or referring to President Barack Obama’s 3/22/11 interview with Jorge Ramos of Univision.

—all documents and communications relating to any instances prior to 2/2/11 where the ATF failed to interdict weapons that had been illegally bought or transferred in the US into Mexico.

And much much more. In fact there is a list of 22 items Issa wants relating to Fast and Furious. Now the question is will the Jutice Dept provide them or stonewall the committee as they have been doing?

Demand number 19 is rather interesting in the subpoena as it demands all documents and communications between and among FBI agents in Arizona and the FBI crime lab, including but not limited to employees in the Firearms/Toolmark Unit, referring or relating to the firearms recovered during the investigation into the death of US Border Patrol agent Brian Terry. Terry was killed by a Mexican drug cartel “rip crew” in December of 2010 in southern Arizona.

Attorney General Eric Holder’s honesty has been questioned before by Congress as it is being questioned now regarding when Holder appeared before the Issa Committee and claimed he knew nothing about F&F until a few weeks before his testimony. That was back in May of this year. In 2001 the House Government Reform Committee questioned Holders accuracy concerning whe he did as deputry AG in the last minute pardon by President Clinton of fugitive financier Marc Rich. Rich’s wife, Denise, had donated $1.3 million to the Democratic Party.

Two years before that Holder came under fire for refusing to tell a Senate committee if the DOJ had recommended against Clinton’s offer of clemency for 16 Puerto Rican nationalists after then AG Janet Reno said their release would be a national security risk.

Holder was questioned recently in connection with his refusal to allow DOJ officials to testify to Congress in matters involving the New Black Pathners civil complaint that charged voter intimidation in the 2008 presidential election.

So it appears Holder has a track record of stonewalling, refusal to cooperate, and making suspicious statements to Congress. So will Issa get the truth out of him?

Get and READ Your Medical Records FAST!! Your life might depend on it!!

Are your medical records accurate? Do they accurately reflect information that you have given medial personnel? Or are they a hodge-podge of erroneous information that could be critical and cause mistakes in your future medical care? Take my advice. It would be to YOUR benefit to get your medical records and review them to ensure that the information about you is accurate. And you need to review your records not only from your doctor’s office but also from hospitals, emergency rooms, urgent care centers, and anywhere else you have received medical care in the past.

Recently a relative of mine obtained his medical records and one set of ER records from a certain hospital that for the moment will remain anonymous were full of gross errors! Now understand that these records were from a hospital that is rated one of the top 10 hospitals in the USA. You would think that with a rating like that that the hospital personnel would be excellent when it comes to their listening skills wouldn’t you? You’d think that accuracy would be one of their top priorities wouldn’t you? Well, sadly, accuracy and listening skills DO NOT seem to be on the priority list of this top 10 highly rated hospital. In fact, their priorities seem to be gross inaccuracy with little to no listening skills at all.

After reviewing his medical records my relative became so upset and angry that he brought his records to me and ask me to review them as well so I did. I was astounded by what I found in those records to say the least. My relative suffers from diabetes and has since 2004 but some of the medical records claim that his diabetes is something new and that he has never reported or been treated for his diabetes. And one record doesn’t even call it diabetes at all. In fact it calls his condition something called “pseudo diabetes.” WTF? Fact is that he was diagnosed with diabetes in 2004 and has been treated for it ever since. So his diabetes is nothing new. We’ve known of his condition for almost 10 years now. What in the hell is new about that?? Oh and btw some of the records don’t even mention his diabetes at all!! That is scary!

Reviewing his medical records we came across one that claimed my relative had been in a “major car accident” in 1993 and that in that accident he suffered from “major head trauma.” WTF? He’s never been in a car accident in his life! Hell he hasn’t even been involved in a fender bender. And “major head trauma”? Where did they pull that one out of their asses?

So let’s see what we have thus far when it comes to my relative and his medical records. If something happens to him and he is unconscious and no one is with him in the ER and they pull up his medical records the attending doctor and nursing staff may or may NOT be aware that he has and is being treated for diabetes since 2004, they may assume it is something new, or they may ignore it or not know about it altogether. And they will also think that he had a major car accident in the past and suffered major head trauma. LOL WTF? So will he get the proper medical care in an ER with a medical record like this? I DOUBT IT!! And guess what? Neither will you if your record is full of errors!!

Another of his medical records states that he does not work and that he lives with his “daughter in law” who supports him. WTF? Doesn’t work? Daughter in law? This guy has worked steadily since the day he was born and he’s never been unemployed not even now. And daughter in law? How the hell do you have a daughter in law if you have never been married and never had any children? He’s never been married and he has NO children! So I assume if anything happens to him this hospital will be looking for this nonexistent daughter in law who is married to my relatives never born son. Only problem is he has no children, no son, and no daughter in law LMAO. Trust me they will be looking for a long long time.

Another record indicates that he was born in 1973 while another claims he was born in 1937. He was actually born in 1969 so where the hell did they get 73 and 37 from? Man if this dude was born in 1937 he sure does look GREAT for a man who is 74 years old!! And if he was born way back then he’s obviously discovered the fountain of youth and needs to share it with the rest of the planet!!

Another claims that my relative used to take anti-seizure medications and gives a list of 5 different anti-seizure medications that he has supposedly taken in the past. Problem is he has NEVER taken any anti-seizure medications because he does not have any seizure disorder!

So if anything happens to my supposedly 74 years old relative who is actually a 42 year old man the medical people are going to be looking for a nonexistent daughter law and son, they are going to think that he had major head trauma in the past due to a “major” car wreck, they MIGHT know or NOT know about his 10 year history of diabetes and treatment, and they are going to think he has a history of seizure disorder? I can see right now he WON’T be getting the care he needs!!

Yet another one of his medical records says that he is an “alcoholic” and that at one time he had “scarlet fever.” LMAO WTF? This guy has never drank a day in his life and he has never had scarlet fever. Where did they pull that one out of their ass? Yet another gives an emergency contact name, address, and phone number of a person that neither he nor me have ever heard of. Again, where did they pull that one out of their ass at?

Yet another one says that my relative takes several medications at home for various illnesses. LOL news to me and him! The only medications he’s ever taken at home is insulin for his diabetes and an aspirin every now and then. I don’t know where they got this list of medications and illnesses that they say he takes and has but they pulled that one out of their asses too!

Yet another one comes from another ER he went to because he was having severe leg pain in his left leg a few years ago. Most likely it was a severe muscle spasm but in the ER record they note that “about 5 years ago” he suffered from a massive broken leg that “never healed properly.” WTF? He’s never had a broken bone since the day he was born! The record says nothing about muscle spasm. The diagnosis? It was left blank! The attending ER physician refers him to another doctor in the notes as an outpatient to assess his “major past leg injury” that “never healed properly.” WTF? There was NO major leg injury that never healed properly!! In fact he’s never had a leg injury in his life!

Finally, one of the records is from another ER visit that describes my relatives behavior that day in the ER as “odd.” The reason the attending physician said his behavior was “odd” in the ER that day? Because he kept telling the ER people that he had diabetes but they didn’t think he did because some of his records don’t mention it! WTF? So a person with diabetes or any other illness goes to an ER and the ER personnel assume you are lying and that you DON’T have the illness because they can’t find it in some of your past medical history records? Now that IS ODD!!

But here is the real clincher. One record claims that my relative has heart disease and underwent surgery on his heart in 2002 for a bypass. That same record also claims that in 2004 he had his right lung removed as the result of cancer. WTF? That was news to both of us LOL. He doesn’t have heart disease and as far as both he and I know he still has his right lung inside his chest!! Again, they sure pulled that one out of their asses!!

I was nothing short of astounded after reviewing my relatives medical records and so was he. We both wondered just where they got all of this WRONG information and what they did with the RIGHT information. So what happens to him if something happens to him and he’s unconscious and they can’t get a hold of family or someone else? They treat him based on his past medical history records that are INACCURATE? That is beyond frightening. In fact that is really scary!! He’s NOT going to get the proper care because they have WRONG information in their records!

So how did all of this wrong information get into my relatives medical records? Were the doctors or nurses tired and mix him up with someone else in the ER? Where they even listening to him or were they half ass listening to him and by the time they got to charting the history and problem they simply forgot most of what he told them so they “fudged it.” WTF? Is that professional? Is that even competent? Not in my opinion! Maybe they should take notes when they talk to a patient so they keep the information straight and just maybe they should be aware of which patient they talked to and which one they haven’t.

So what does your medical record say about you? Is the information in your medical record accurate or full of gross errors like this one is? You need to find out because if there are a bunch of errors in your record that could be BAD NEWS for you if you need emergency treatment! You have a RIGHT to copies of your medical records and don’t let anyone else tell you you don’t. You will have to sign a release of information form to get them but you do have a right to get them and read them at home or wherever you want. If you find errors contact the doctor, hospital, ER, etc and get those errors CORRECTED with ACCURATE information. Otherwise you are taking one HELL of a RISK!

Now you didn’t really think all these errors were the end did you? Here is the most laughable error of all that we found….. :O

In one of his ER admission record on the patient intake page is lists his sex as “male.” Then in the dictated typewritten notes dictated by the attending ER doctor it says that in 2007 “she was pregnant” and suffered a “miscarriage due to unclear reasons.” LMAO WTF WTH??? So my relative who is a HE is a she who was pregnant in 2007 and lost the baby due to “unclear reasons.” LOL that is hilarious! Hey I can make some dough off of this one folks….Step right up gals and gents and see the world’s ONLY man to ever have become pregnant for only 50 cents!! Gee wonder who the daddy was? When I came across that little error I literally had to read it 5 times to be sure I was reading it right LOL.

Bottomline is here’s the deal. I expect medical doctors, nurses, etc to be PROFESSIONAL and part of being PROFESSIONAL is getting accurate information and keeping that information STRAIGHT! But that does not seem to be the case in the world of medicine today. In fact, it seems that INACCURATE information is the call of the day and they are putting it in your medical record whether it is true or not and whether it is even possible or not! WTF is wrong with some of these people??? Are they drugged out themselves? Drunk? Just plain don’t care? Or are they really that STUPID even though they have plenty of letters behind their names?? When it comes to healthcare you DON’T make errors like this IMO. And if you do then you need to review what you have wrote or typed in the computer to ENSURE the input data is ACCURATE. And if you are not sure about some of the information then why not go back and verify it with the patient? And here’s another thing. One would think that people highly trained in medical science and human biology would KNOW the difference between a male and female and which one can get pregnant and which gender cannot but that seems NOT to have been the case in the last instance, no? LMAO this is ridiculous! But more than that it is SCARY!!

Anyone know a good witch doctor I can go to because I think he’d be safer and more accurate than some of our so called “professionals.”

Hurricane Irene wrecked havoc in North Carolina and Virginia and is now headed towards the Big Apple NYC. So far the storm has caused five deaths. In Virginia an 11 year old boy died after a tree fell on his house, in NC another child died in a crash in an intersection with no working traffic lights, and also in NC a man died when he was hit by a flying tree limb, a passenger died when a tree fell on in a car in Virginia, and a surfer in Florida was killed in heavy waves.

The storm has caused massive power outages along the US East Coast and has wrecked several buildings and piers.

Obama gets pissed and walks out of the talks. Then everything is hunky doory again and suddenly Cry Baby walks out of the talks and refuses to speak to BO or even answer his phone calls. Sorry but that was all a bit like watching some bride left at the altar and, in fact, that is exactly what BO compared it to telling the media Boehner has left him at the altar several times. WTF? The people involved in the debt talks including all who I’ve just mentioned are aiming to create a NEW LEGISLATIVE BODY! Where the hell in the US Constitution does it allow for THREE houses of Congress? And how the hell are they going to spin this one to get around the Constitution? Oh wait, we use that for toilet paper today don’t we. It means NOTHING! Every one of the people sitting in the debt talks is a pure and simple 100% TRAITOR! Nothing in the Constitution even remotely authorizes what these losers are about to to…NOTHING!

I STRONGLY suspect judging from this statement that what the “debt negotiators” are REALLY doing is not only discussing the debt sealing but also trying to find a way to ROB you of your Medicare and Social Security so you can work until you are 95 years old or drop dead, whichever comes first. Granted Medicare and SS need to be reformed but that is not what this post is about right now. The article says a super Congress would fix things so the weight of the leadership in both the House and Senate would be behind any legislation it presents meaning that the leadership with be the ONLY real voting members on the legislation while all other votes would be NULL AND VOID and FOR APPEARANCES ONLY. And pay particular attention to what the article says. Legislation proposed by this committee would “have a strong chance of moving through the LITTLE Congress and quickly becoming law.” WTF? The “little Congress”? Don’t they really mean the INSIGNIFICANT and POWERLESS Congress elected by the people? They sure do!!

Also the report says this “Super Congress” would be LESS ACCOUNTABLE than the system that exists today. WTF? When the American people are DEMANDING MORE accountability and these bastards want to fix it so they are LESS responsible to the voters? Folks they are trying to figure out ways to take away your power to vote without causing an armed REVOLUTION in this nation! That is EXACTLY what they are doing! Hey it will work well for taking your guns away from you. All this committee has to do is vote to repeal that right…ram it threw the INSIGNIFICANT RUBBER STAMP Congress and….whaalaa….you owing a firearms becomes immediately illegal. Boehner wants to raise the debt ceiling temporarily and couple it with an equal dollar figure in spending cuts. Why only short term? To get these TRAITORS through the 2012 election process and after that you are going to see MASSIVE tax hikes and spending guaranteed. Remember there is still the FARCE called Obamacare that is going to cost the taxpayer TRILLIONS and most of that kicks in in 2014. Don’t be fooled America!! WAKE THE HELL UP!!

A second increase in the debt ceiling would be tied to this Super Congress/CENTRAL COMMITTEE under Boehners plan reportedly. That would happen after 2012. This committee would be required to find a minimum amount of spending cuts. And let me add NEW TAXES as well. I love what the article says next, “Because this ELEVATED PANEL…” Elevated panel? Don’t they mean DICTORARIAL PANEL? This Politburo would require at least one Democratic vote and “its plan would include at lease some revenue” which means MORE TAXES. But, of course, to sell this idea to you they are trying to spin it to make it sound like this panel would be “heavily slanted towards spending cuts.” LMAO you don’t believe that BULLSHIT do you America? Don’t be fooled!! These traitors aren’t going to cut one dime unless it comes from YOUR pocket!

Libya: Senate Issues WHIMPY Letter to Obama!!

It appears that a few in the US Senate have mustered up enough courage and manliness to question Caesar Barack about US actions in Libya and the War Powers Act. The 60 day limited ended yesterday and if BO is to continue US actions in Libya then he should request a Declaration of War from Congress now. However, BO has already informed Congress that he does not need their permission as the US forces are only providing support services to NATO. Obviously, the great Caesar-wanna-be does not understand NATO is just a front for the US.

So a few Senators have sent BO a letter over the matter and it is a rather whimpy letter at that! Hey but it’s a start, no? Here is the text of that letter wrote on May 18th :

“Friday is the final day of the statutory sixty-day period for you to terminate the use of the United States Armed Forces in Libya under the War Powers Resolution. Now excuse me for saying but this letter just as the limpy hand all over it! So, in the interest as my duty as a US citizen I’ve decided to revise the letter….just to be sure the Caesar-wanna-be gets the message. Here is what these Senators should have said:

What part of the Constitution do you not understand? Have you ever read it? Doubtful! Do you understand its meaning? Hardly! Well buddy your pass expired this past Friday when you reached the 60 day STATUATORY period to TERMINATE the use of US Armed Forces in the SNAKEPIT called “Libya” under the War Powers Resolution. This past week some of your lackeys and sauce boys in your Administration indicated that YOUR imperial use of US forces in the Libyan Operation will continue “indefinitely.” What happened to your promise that US actions in Libya would not be a matter of weeks and months but DAYS? Another lie from the Great Liar? Others in your imperial administration indicated that you would act in a manner consistent with the War Powers Resolution and follow the US Constitution for once in your reign as president instead of thumbing your middle finger at it and using various parts of it to wipe your ASS!

Yesterday in a letter you issued to Congress you indicated that you do not need our permission to continue use of US Forces in Libya. Excuse the shit out of us? Do we understand you correctly? We are THE body elected by THE PEOPLE to represent THE PEOPLE. You don’t need our permission? When did you begin to think that you are some sort of Imperial Emperor instead of an ELECTED president of a CONSTITUTIONAL Republic? Are you just STUPID or what? You either OBEY the War Powers Resolution and our Constitution or we will begin IMPEACHMENT proceedings against you post-haste! Don’t make the mistake of thinking we can’t BRIBE enough of the Dems to support our efforts either.

You pompous byatch! Just who in the hell do your think you are? You think you can take over the Oval Office and thumb your nose at us and the American people? Do you intend to comply with the War Powers Act or not? We want an answer NOW you NIMROD pompous, egotistical S.O.B. And we expect your answer NOW not tomorrow. So take off the earphones, turn off the Motown musica, put the bottle of White House Honey Beer down and answer us!

Now I think this version of the Senate letter is far more clear than the whimpy CRAP they issued! Good God Almighty our nation is in big trouble when Congress won’t even stand up to the White House!

UK: Massive Gas Prices!!!

There is news coming out of London that motorists are now paying $9 per gallon for gasoline and this is directly due to the unrest in Libya. Europe gets a large portion of their oil from Libya. The price spike is not over as the situation in Libya continues to worsen prices are certain to go up even more.

The US government tried to alleviate growing fears overnight that the unrest in Libya would cause oil prices to climb even more than they now are. Obama said that the world can weather a spike in oil prices! And his sidekick Lil’ Timmy Geithner who is the US Treasury Secretary said the world will not run of oil and insisted the world has plenty in reserve. I just love the comments BO and his cronies make that sound so IGNORANT! The world can weather a spike in oil prices? That’s like when he said that the US can weather another major terrorist attack! Both statements are absolutely a reflection of downright STUPIDITY! I’m sure the Brits bought his and his sidekicks comments and reassurances LOL. Most of them probably yelled out “F— YOU!” and threw him the finger! I’m pretty sure the Brits have NOT forgotten that BO is their BACKSTABBER! Afterall, he turned over their missile launch codes to the Russians as part of the START Treaty! If BO had any intelligence at all he’d sit down and SHUT UP and reign in Lil Timmy on a TIGHT LEASH! But he’s much too arrogant and pompous for that I’m sure.

Meanwhile back in the good old USA it seems Congressional Republicans are planning on putting the pressure on the BO administration to get to issuing oil drilling permits. Seems the Reps now have a frickin CLUE that what is happening across the Middle East just might affect gas prices in this nation in a very BIG way. I’m glad they finally got the clue but it is a clue they should have gotten when this hole thing started over a month ago with Tunisia! Oh well, better late than never I suppose! Yes, such are the ways of an INEPT GOVERNMENT! Day late and a buck short…ALWAYS!

Yesterday oil prices settled at about $98 per barrel as Saudi Arabia announced it is going to boost production output to help offset the slowing Libyan production. Another factor that has begun to effect the oil market is Iraq. You know, that fortress of democracy that we set up after killing Saddam? That nation from which the US has not gotten even one barrel of oil because they’ve been sending it all to Communist Red China! Seems Iraq’s largest oil refinery has been attacked as a bombs were detonated sparking fires causing the refinery to shut down. This refinery produces about 150000 barrels per day. The attack came on the “Day of Rage” set in Iraq for anti-DEMOCRATIC government protests!! But, but…buttt…..I thought Iraq was a democracy now? LMAO

With the rise in gasoline prices the costs of food and everything else is sure to go up as well and this is going to put a major thorn in the side of the claimed global economic recovery. And it will put one in the side of Obama’s claim that our economy is improving as well. Let’s face it. Once again we’ve been caught with our pants down! We have done NOTHING to prepare for what we are now seeing across the Middle East. We assumed the Mid East was a fort of stability and oil supplying would be endless. Yet, now we are getting a WAKE UP call and I suspect we are about to get an even BIGGER one as the tides of revolt spread and grow across the region! Forethought? Planning? What in the hell is that, they ask in DC? I’ve been warning for years now that we’d better break our dependence on Arab oil and it’s all fallen consistently on deaf ears! Hope some of you remember my long ago spoken words out there in never-never-land!

In her public comments BIG SIS said, “Homeland security starts with hometown security, and each of us plays a critical role in keeping our country and communities safe. I applaud Walmart for joing the ‘If You See Something, Say Something’ campaign. This partnership will help millions of shoppers across the nation identify and report indicators of terrorism, crime, and other threats to law enforcement officials.” In addition, a short video will be played in Walmarts to remind shoppers to contact law enforcement to report suspicious activity.

Savage did not agree and cut off the caller. Well maybe they do have such suspicions and DHS is fearful of being upfront as they don’t want to interfere in the gross consumerism presently taking place across this nation that is similar to a group shark attack! Oh yes! We Americans are nothing more than mindless DRONES and CONSUMER MACHINES. Human? What the hell is that?

Personally, I do think it pays to be vigilant. Remember Dumbya Bush telling all of us that we are “all SOLDIERS” in the War on Terrorism? We ARE! However, there is a danger here in dammit…Janet calling on people at Walmart to say something if they see something and that is “progressive Stalinism” as Savage stated today on his program. Stalin was notorious for getting neighbors to report on neighbors in Stalinist Russia. Hitler and the Nazi SS did the same! Both regimes used FEAR to turn people against their neighbors and to become the eyes and ears for persecution and injustice committed by these two murderous regimes. One MUST be VERY careful in pushing such a doctrine to have people report other people as there is a large possibility of abuse and especially paranoia and out of control suspicion! I understand what Janet is trying to do, however, we must be cautious and aware of the potential for abuse of such policy and public calls. As Savage pointed out today such a policy makes it RIPE for what Socialists States do and have done repeatedly in the past. Making people suspicious of other people without specific cause is a very dangerous policy! Hopefully, most people will employ some COMMON SENSE, however, I’m not holding my breath as COMMON SENSE in America today seems to be grossly LACKING and has been for a long, long time now.
